Autoban reinterprets the classical chandelier. Reminiscent of an octopus, this chandelier has a globe at the center from which legs tipped with light bulbs emerge. It is a functional design with an entertaining spirit and a sculptural image, as the hinged legs allow for different profiles.

In 2003, Seyhan and Sefer founded Autoban, an interior design and product studio that has been gaining widespread recognition and receiving design awards around the world. Hailing from Istanbul, Autoban has a wealth of culture from which to draw a unique aesthetic language. They use raw materials to create sleek, modern designs with varied cultural and historic elements with a splash of whimsy. Founders Seyhan ?zdemir and Sefer ?aglar find their core inspiration in nature, daily rituals, childhood memories and the city in which they live.

This pendant lamp is made using colored steel rods and soft light blulbs. Available in your choice of black, red, blue or white powder coated aluminum.
