Thank you for choosing Designs Weekly Refresh! Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process.

Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If your location isn’t listed during checkout, contact us for assistance.

Shipping Methods

  • Large Furniture: Shipped via sea or intermodal transportation (sea/rail/road) for cost efficiency.

  • Small Items: Sent via international express (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, Post).

 

Delivery Options

  • Door Delivery - All-inclusive Express Line DDP: Available for most destinations. We deliver goods directly to your address via specialized shipping lines, handling all customs clearance and import taxes/fees for you. This is a worry-free, all-in price option with no hidden costs. We highly recommend this for customers who want to save time and avoid complex logistics. Please note that for furniture, delivery is to the curbside or driveway (for houses) or the building entrance/elevator hall (for apartments) where our truck can safely park and unload. 

  • Warehouse Pickup - Economical Shipment CIF: Your goods will be sent to the nearest sea port or inland logistics center for you to pick up. This is the best price option if you want to use your own truck and handle customs clearance yourself. Please note: import taxes and local port fees are not included and must be paid by the buyer at the destination. We recommend this for customers who are familiar with importing goods and seeking the lowest rates. Please send us your Postal Code so we can confirm the nearest warehouse address for you.

Shipping Cost

You can check the default shipping cost during checkout, it is for delivery to your nearest logistics warehouse for pickup, which is often the most economical and cost-effective option. *If small items, we will send by express first, no extra charges.

If you prefer door delivery:

  1. Place your order on our website.

  2. We’ll email you for confirmation. Reply with your postal code, and we’ll give an accurate door delivery cost.

  3. If the cost is higher than expected, you can still opt for warehouse pickup to save money.

 

Important: Door Delivery does not include moving items upstairs or inside your home. Please notify us in advance if your location has special conditions, such as ongoing construction, restricted parking, or small elevators that require stair-carrying, as extra fees may apply.

 

Additional fees may apply for remote islands or extremely cold areas, please contact us for more info.

Delivery Time

  • Small, in-stock items: Delivered in 7–22 business days via express shipping.

  • Large or customized items: Delivery takes 2–8 weeks after full payment, depending on specifications and order quantity.

 

Note: Delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, conflicts, remote areas, product shortages, national holidays, or similar circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • Express shipments: A tracking number to monitor your package on the carrier’s website or platforms like 17Track.

  • Sea shipments: A bill of lading to track cargo status on the shipping company’s official website (e.g., COSCO, Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Evergreen Line).

 

Customs and Duties

  • Door Delivery: All fees are included.

  • Warehouse Pickup: You are responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the product or shipping costs.
