Customized or made-to-order furniture (e.g., specific sizes, colors, or materials) cannot be returned.
Return Process

Email sales@dwr-furniture.com with your order number, photos/videos of the item, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Once return approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please safely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return the item to the designated address.
Refunds

Processed within 7–15 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment at no charge.

For orders already in production or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and standard return policies will apply.
